WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Depending on what you are paying for I offer a range of safe & secure methods of payment. Online I offer debt/credit card payments or PayPal. If you are paying for your wedding deposit or a family portrait session you can pay using card payments, bank transfer, cheque or cash. All methods of payment will receive a itemised receipt.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are not happy with any product you order from me then please contact me directly at email@example.com & I will personally arrange a replacement or refund at no further cost to you.

WHAT ARE COPYRIGHT PERMISSIONS?
The copyright of an image will always belong to the photographer that took the image. But if 'copyright permissions' are given it means that you will be able to print, copy & share images for personal use. Such as giving out to friends & family. No copyright watermarks will be present on the images but this information will still be held within the metadata of each image.
ARE YOU & YOUR EQUIPMENT INSURED?
Yes! I have full public liability insurance, which can be provided upon request for your venue. I am fully DBS checked which again can be shown to relevant staff members of your venue - All Nurseries/Pre-Schools & Schools now require this prove of documentation. All of my equipment is insured & I have back ups for my back ups. So don't worry I've got it covered!
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
My travel costs for weddings & portraiture is included for up to a 30-mile radius. I am based in Northamptonshire (area code nn29), anything over this radius I will generally only ask for my travel expenses to be covered. However if a wedding venue or location shoot is more than two hours away then I will ask for travelling time & expenses to be covered.
